Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, tracked shipping usually takes 6–8 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 7–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as an order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing updates after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or an incomplete delivery address. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
